Shipping Locations We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Times

  • Standard Items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
  • Custom and Made-to-Order Items: Require 7-10 business days for processing.
  • Custom Quilts: Require 4-6 weeks depending on size and complexity.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100.

Delivery Times Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days via USPS, depending on your location. Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your package on the USPS website.

Shipping Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events outside our control. During peak seasons and holidays, shipping times may be longer than usual.

Lost or Damaged Packages Once your package is transferred to USPS, title and risk of loss passes to you. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at sewlovelycreationsbypatti@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
