Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Care Instructions Disclaimer: Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all tags attached. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been washed, worn, or altered.
Fabric Variations: As each item is handmade, slight variations in fabric pattern placement, color, and stitching are natural and not considered defects. These variations make each piece unique and are not grounds for return.
Defects and Quality Issues: Please inspect your item upon receipt and contact us immediately if damaged in shipping or if you received the wrong item. We'll work with you to resolve the issue through repair, replacement or refund.
POS/Market Sales: Items purchased in person at markets or events follow the same return policy. Please retain your receipt for all returns.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment method.
Custom and Personalized Orders
All custom-made and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Because each piece is handcrafted specifically to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns on custom orders.
Custom orders include:
- Items made in custom sizes, colors, or fabric selections
- Personalized or monogrammed products
- Special requests or modifications to standard designs

Damages and issues
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive a damaged or defective item, with photos. We'll resolve through repair, replacement, or refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
